I'm Still Young!

Check this out:

And... listen to this:

I can hear it, can you?

You might want to turn the volume down, it's quite an annoying sound.

Also, our classes got a chance to go to the zoo last week, which was a blast. They basically let us loose for three hours of the day. Here is a clip of a memorable moment:

(I'm the one with the stripes, whos bum sticks into the camera halfway through).

and... Does anyone know how to embed YouTube videos? I'm completely hopeless and ignorant at it.

Are you kidding? I'm too damn old - only you whipper snappers can hear that.

Good Clash usage on your zoo trip vid though! That looked like fun!

Don't worry, my mum couldn't hear it either. My brother kept telling me to stop the noise, and my mum kept wondering what the noise was. My dad couldn't hear it either. I think the age you can't starts anywhere around 25, and my mum's 46.

Thanks, Car Jamming was the first song about the zoo that came to mind. It was a really fun trip!

Hey Hilary, embedding a YouTube video's pretty simple once you got it figured out.

When signed into YouTube, you go to the My Videos section, where you'll see an "Edit Video" option, and if you go there, it brings you to a new page.

On this page, you scroll all the way down until you see the "Embed HTML" section, and then you (right click) copy all the code that's shown. Then in your blog, in a new post, you paste that code in (it's easier to do when you're in "Edit HTML" mode instead of "Compose" mode).

Now, when you have that code pasted into your new entry, you'll most likely have to alter it to have it fit properly into your blog. Blogger won't let me paste the code into this comment, but when you see the code, look for the HEIGHT and WIDTH at the top AND the bottom of the code.

Now, the width and height are automatically set at 425x350 at the top, and 600x350 at the bottom. You might find it's best to change it to 400x350 at the top and 400x350 at the bottom. If you don't change it, the video image will be too wide and shifts your sidebar to the bottom of the page.

Hope that helps. :) If not, let me know...

It's weird how some people can hear it and some people can't. I guess it all depends on how much of the Clash you listen to in your life, eh Barbara B.? No wonder my dad couldn't hear a thing.

I had a great time Allison, makes me want to go to the zoo more often!

hahaha your dad and I should start a support group for people who are now deaf because of too much of their youth spent listening to the Clash!

Haha, totally. You guys could be on Oprah. That's where all the money is, self-help.
